We strive to ensure that out Glorious Gliders go to their FOREVER homes. Not only do we want to ensure our Glorious Gliders health and happiness, we also
strive to ensure that you are 100% completely happy and satisfied with your new glider(s). Gliders are life long pets and they require alot of work but if you
are willing to give them the attention and time they need, it is more than well worth it. Please take some time to answer the following questions, if you are
unsure, please be honest as I am here to help educate you. Please answer the questions, copy and paste into an email to [email protected] and we will get back to you as soon as we review your questionnaire. Thank you!

3. Age of the owner of the Glider(s)?
4. Have you ever owned a Glider(s) before?
5. If you do not have the gliders(s) currently, do you plan on getting a cage mate(s) within the next three months?
6. Are you opposed to a home visit to ensure that the cage and environment are Glider safe?
7. How many hours a night will you be able to spend with the Glider(s)?
8. What type of cage are you planning on housing the Glider(s) in?
9. What is the space between the bars of the cage?
10. What is the material the cage is made from?
11. What bedding, if any, do you plan on using in the drop pan?
12. How often do you feel you will need to clean the Glider(s) drop pan, cage, cage sets?
13. What are the dimensions of the cage?
14. What room do you plan on having the Glider(s) in?
15. Are there any other pets in the household? If so, what species/breeds?
16. Are you planning on allowing the other animals to interact with the Glider(s)?
17. What diet do you plan on feeding the Glider(s)? (Recommended diets include: HPW Plus, HPW Complete, Original HPW, BML, Australian Wombaroo Diet,
VGF, Priscilla's Diet, AGRS, AWD, and Glider Gumbo.) If choosing a different diet other than one of the ones listed here ,please list ingredients and the name of the diet.
18. What type of Glider safe toys do you plan on putting in with the Glider(s) to ensure they are entertained and active?
19. What wheel do you plan on putting in with the Glider(s)? (Approved wheels include: RAPTOR, Fast Track, Custom Cruiser, and Stealth)
20. Do you have a list of vendors that sell Glider safe products? If not, where do you plan on getting the necessities for the Glider(s)?
21.Do you have an exotic vet, one that is experienced with Sugar Gliders? If so, please provide name, address, and telephone number. If not, I will assist you to find one as close to you as possible.
22. What would your plans be should you decided to take a vacation or a emergency arrived, and you could not care for them for an amount of time?
23. What would you do with the Glider(s), should you end up moving and not being able to take them with you?
24. What action do you plan on if something were to happen and the Glider(s) personality changed?

8. Are you prepared for the possibility of cannibalized joeys?
9. Do you know the special requirements for a breeding pair of Gliders? Are you prepared to accommodate these needs?
